Professor Michael Boland
WONCA very sadly announces the death on 25th March of Professor Michael Boland of Ireland, President of WONCA World from 2001-04. A tribute will appear in next week’s WONCA News.
COVID-19 Webpage
The WONCA webpage on COVID-19 is now live on the website. It contains various recent articles, including many by our President, Dr Donald Li. It also includes links to useful WHO websites and to other resources, including some from our colleagues at the American Academy of Family Physicians. There are also a number of other links to blogs, and we hope that members will contribute to these pages, to share experiences and advice.

WONCA Europe conference POSTPONED
Yet more sad news of postponements and cancellations, with postponement of the WONCA Europe conference, scheduled for Berlin in late June. The organizers are working to re-schedule this event for later in the year and further details will be posted on the WONCA website in due course.
