We are privileged to be a part of an amazing and professionally fulfilling surgical specialty which gives so much to both us and our patients. However, we face constant challenge from all around from other specialties, regulators, governments and commercial organisations, all with their own agendas, which are not normally beneficial to plastic surgeons and plastic surgery.
ESPRAS has a motto of "Stronger together in Europe!" and we believe strongly that using ESPRAS as the platform for European Plastic Surgery gives us the best prospect of developing plastic surgery further to the benefit of all and especially our patients. Big and small, if we can work together then we will be able to deal with challenges much more effectively
